Terms of Service (Art)GENERAL
In this Terms of Service policy, "I"/"me"/"my" refers to the Artist, mures-equos (alternatively known as muresequos, mures.equos and mures_equos), and "you"/"your" refers to the Client requesting the aforementioned Artist's services.PAYMENTS
> Full payment must be made before I start work. A full refund is possible if you change your mind before I start, but strictly no refunds once I have started on the work.REVISIONS (not applicable to skeb services)
>I will send WIPs at the sketch stage, flat colour/cleaned sketch stage, and right before completing the request. I may send additional WIPs.
> I will not continue to work on the piece while awaiting your input/reply.
> You may request minor changes when I send WIPs.
> Any major revisions such as composition change, pose change, character change, etc. after the sketch phase will incur additional costs of base 20 SGD and may also push back the expected delivery time.
> Requesting excessive amounts of minor revisions will also incur additional costs. After at least 5 minor revision requests, I will charge you additional costs of base 20SGD depending on the total amount and work done of minor revisions made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
>An estimated time to complete the request will be sent depending on the complexity of the piece. My typical turn around time is within 1 week with a responsive client. It may take longer if I am currently working on other commissions, I will keep you informed.
> If any situations arise such that the delivery timeline is affected, you will be informed.
> If the request is urgent, I will charge extra fees depending on how much harder I think I will have to work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
> I retain ownership of the copyright to all of my works.
> I will publicly display/share the final deliverables as works of my own. If an NDA is required, I will not publish or share the final works until it is permitted by the client.
> I will not claim your character(s) or design(s) as my own. Credit will be given for your character(s) and design(s).
> I will not share WIPs publicly.
> I will not watermark any of my works. Unless you request it for whatever reason.
> If you are sending me an image to be used directly within the work, please ensure that you completely own and have full rights to the image, and that I may use the image within the work without legal repercussion. I will not be held responsible for any complications, legal or not, arising from the use of any such images within my work.USAGE
> Personal, Monetised Content and Commercial Content licensing are available, with extra costs for monetised content and commercial content.
> Please credit me if possible when using my work!
> Do not use my art for AI machine learning or NFTs, illegal activity, or for harassment/bullying/what have you. I will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the service or the final deliverables.
> Other than the above, you may do however as you wish with the final deliverables (including any SFW edits of my work)COMMUNICATION

> I will usually reply as soon as possible, but please be understanding if there is no response within a few days as something may have happened to me. Feel free to ask for updates, but do not pressure me.
> Please also note that if you are unresponsive for 2 weeks after sending in the initial request and have not paid yet, I will cancel the request. While, after payment, there is no response after I have contacted you requiring your input, I will not continue working on the commission while waiting for your response, but the request will not be cancelled.
